Transportation, Hotel & Visitor Information

NASBITE International has worked hard to make it easy to travel to Annapolis, and to save on transportation and lodging as you attend the Conference events. Once you’ve arrived, you can explore all the charm of our host city.

Novel Coronavirus Update

As the NASBITE 33rd Annual Conference & National Small Business Exporter Summit nears, we understand there are concerns and questions around the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in relation to the event and would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our attendees and staff are out priority. We are closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The event is scheduled to take place as planned the week of March 23, 2020 at the Graduate Hotel in Annapolis, Maryland. None of our keynote speakers or presenters has requested to cancel their participation. Of the nearly 200 anticipated attendees, only one person traveling from Asia has had to cancel due to travel restrictions.

We are working with the venue and planning partners to assess risks and protocols. Based on their guidance, we will implement the most effective additional preventive measures as necessary. Please continue to check with NASBITE staff and our website for updates and details around new protocols, procedures or preventive measures as they develop. We look forward to a safe and successful event in Annapolis.

For more information on COVID-19, please check World Health Organization (WHO) website: or the Center for Disease Control (CDC) website:
