This Preconference Workshop will provide not only an understanding of the definitions of Incoterms® 2020 rules, but actionable examples of using the rules to your advantage in purchase orders, sales agreements and even letters of credit.

Learn which terms to use if you are the seller and there is an export license or letter of credit; understand why and how you may select certain terms as a buyer based on the origin of the goods or other considerations.

Workshop Instructor: 

Robert P. Imbriani is a recognized expert in the fields of export and import compliance, logistics, international business, and finance. Mr. Imbriani’s articles are published in various trade journals and he has provided expert testimony in legal actions.

In addition to his role as Executive VP / International for Team Worldwide, Mr. Imbriani is also an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College and Pace University in New York.

Mr. Imbriani’s experience includes training services for the US Department of Commerce’s Trade Information Center as well as training, compliance, and logistics projects worldwide.
